ORBIT secures an Order for an Advanced Aeronautical Telemetry System from the Israeli MOD


ORBIT to supply a telemetry solution including antenna system


Netanya IL , December 28, 2015 – ORBIT Communication Systems, a leading provider of mission-critical communication solutions for Land, Sea, Air and Space applications, announced today that it has secured an order for an aeronautical telemetry project from the Israeli MOD. The order is valued at $1.3M.

The project includes a telemetry system from ORBIT’s AL-4800 series featuring highly accurate tracking capabilities as well as a tracking antenna. The Aeronautical Telemetry system was built for tracking flying objects during test flights, and was designed to maintaining continuous and stable connectivity with the flying objects even in extreme weather conditions.
